Create your own Search Engine!!!

How wonderful it would be if you could create your own search engine? Someplace where you can search the sites that you want to for things that interest you ...... http://www.rollyo.com is an amazing, i repeat amazing web 2.0 that does exactly that for you.

Specify some sites which you want to add to your search engine, give the engine a name, specify a category, a tag(keywords) and thats it you have your own search engine. (The folks at Rollyo call this a 'SearchRoll'.)

Excellent use of AJAX
Import bookmarks to create searchroll feature is amazing(jus when I thot that feature would be good they already had it)
Firefox search plugin to search your searchroll.
They are in beta so I am sure lot more is coming soon.(desktop widget for example)

The import bookmark feature din't work for me.(come on its beta they are excused)
I couldn't find a way to expose my search engine to the world. Good feature they are probably missing.

Bottomline: Wonderful tool, very useful check it out!!!
